Job Summary
Lead and manage auto, property, and other claims operations member service employees who investigate, evaluate and negotiate claims, coaching and developing staff to support enterprise strategies; drive process improvements, risk and compliance adherence, and staffing/workload optimization. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of relevant education/experience), 6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in leadership, and active pursuit/maintenance of an insurance adjuster license within 6 months. Role may require being in the office 4 days per week in Colorado Springs, CO; relocation assistance is not available. Salary range provided: $103,450–$197,730.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience
- 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience
- Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions
- Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months time in role
