Job Summary
Nurse Manager for Children’s Services leading a highly engaged pediatric care team, overseeing 24-hour accountability for nursing care, and guiding programs, staff, and budgets within a Magnet-recognized, Baby-Friendly health system. Develops and monitors budgets, directs quality improvement initiatives, manages staffing patterns, and promotes a learning, collaborative environment to advance family-centered pediatric care and clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and/or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or holding a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association by start date
- 3 years of recent clinical experience in pediatric or neonatal critical care nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities
