Job Summary
Manager - Chief of Staff to the Line of Service Leader at PwC. Provides high-level advice and support to executive leaders within the business function; assists in managing day-to-day operations and coordinating strategic initiatives from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include meeting preparation and follow-up, disseminating information, preparing slides, drafting and reviewing communications, planning events related to firm matters, and ad hoc duties to support strategic assistance for the LoS Leader. Requires 6-8 years of consulting or internal management experience, strong leadership, business acumen, people management, problem-solving, project coordination, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Aims to align resources and drive practice priorities, annual budget, and initiatives, while ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of applicable experience in consulting or internal management role
- Excellent whole leadership, business acumen and people management skills with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy, operations and people engagement
- Strong problem-solver with ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in planning and organizing events related to firm matters, employee well-being, engagement, quality and independence
- Ability to evaluate resources to ensure availability of necessary skills and expertise to realise staff potential
- Drafting and reviewing internal and external communications as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and deliver on time
