Job Summary
Manager responsible for day-to-day operations in a high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant, with leadership duties supporting and coordinating with operations directors and the Operator to execute daily tasks. Requires managing day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed per schedule, directing and feedback to employees, maintaining brand and menu knowledge, providing prompt guest service, assisting with inventory and facilities management, and analyzing restaurant data to optimize efficiency and profit. Emphasizes delegation of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented approach within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be available to work all day parts and work a rotating schedule
