Manager, Charter & Incentives Groups

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of charter sailings and incentive group programs after contract signature. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for charter clients and incentive groups, ensuring all service elements align with contractual obligations. Prepare and maintain accurate operational records, checklists, documents, and communications for each contracted departure while managing billing records and sending invoices to clients. Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and pre-sailing conference calls to ensure seamless program execution and flawless delivery. Maintain accurate reports of charter and incentive groups throughout the planning cycle.
