Job Summary
Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of company products and services, including annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, and retirement planning. Responsibilities include creating strategic campaign plans, establishing customer goals, and defining key performance metrics. Lead the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex campaigns, review market addressability to define target audiences, and track program effectiveness. Ensure adherence to campaign processes, collaborate with cross-functional leaders for superior customer service, and act as an escalation point for campaign related issues. A Bachelor's degree and significant experience in marketing, particularly in financial services, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
- Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
- Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
- Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
- Experience managing projects/processes
- Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects
- Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
- Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
- Creative thinker
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Team lead/supervisory experience
- Intermediary or institutional experience
- Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront
- Experience in change management
- FINRA Series 7 (for roles supporting mutual funds)
