Job Summary
Hands-on Channel Growth Manager/Sr. Manager to grow and optimize digital acquisition channels for the Card business (e.g., Upgrade.com, Experian Marketplace, NerdWallet). Drive strategy development and execution across marketing, product, analytics, and risk; use in-market results to identify enhancements, partner cross-functionally to drive buy-in, manage partner relationships, and improve acquisition costs. Design, advocate for, and monitor A/B tests; identify new product versions, marketing language, and testing populations; inform executive stakeholders on campaign results and expectations; forecast volume and funnel efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in consumer finance, consulting, or other data-driven backgrounds
- Experience with credit, analytics, and external client/partner interactions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (bonus points for Python pandas)
- The ability to identify and articulate the human story in the data
