Job Summary
Change Deployment & Adoption Manager for Pfizer’s AI Acceleration initiatives within the AIA Strategy & Operations team. The role is hands-on and embedded in AI product workstreams to design and drive change, training, and adoption activities that accelerate AI value realization for defined stakeholder audiences such as Field, Marketing, and Content. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end change and adoption plans, coordinating with AI product owners, managing stakeholder engagement and communications, designing and delivering training materials, tracking training effectiveness, and producing adoption dashboards and risk/lesson-learned reports. The role requires translating enterprise change strategy into practical activation plans, maintaining readiness views, and contributing product-level adoption insights to enterprise measurement frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, executive communication, and active participation in broader adoption programs are essential, with emphasis on adult learning principles, instructional design, and scalable training delivery. This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite per week in listed US locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in change management, learning & development, or organizational adoption in a large matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing change or training programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Familiarity with AI or digital transformation programs and their impact on end users and workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver against timelines
- Collaborative working style with comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
