Job Summary
Act as the CEO's right hand, translating vision into actionable plans and driving data-driven decision-making through market research and KPI monitoring. Oversee office operations, manage cross-functional projects, and liaise with internal executives and external stakeholders including government bodies and investors. Draft executive communications, prepare Board materials, and ensure adherence to corporate governance frameworks and local regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality while balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution across business units. This strategic role requires 8–12 years of experience in executive support or corporate strategy, preferably within multinationals or regulated sectors. Arabic proficiency is advantageous for navigating UAE-specific engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years in executive support, corporate strategy, or governance
- Experience in multinationals, consulting, or regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, conglomerates)
- Understanding UAE business etiquette, regulatory frameworks, and government relations
- Experience in diverse, global environments
- Track record of C-suite support
- Strategic project leadership
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into strategy
- Skilled at collaborating with C-suite and stakeholders without direct authority
- Exceptional English skills (written/spoken)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and high-pressure scenarios
- Trustworthy with sensitive data and ethical judgment
- Proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, drive alignment, and act as a cultural ambassador for the CEO
