Job Summary
Manager CCCD Development at PMI Kazakhstan responsible for building and leading a development/L&D function within the Commercial Operations area. Key duties include building a strong development team, identifying capability gaps, defining and delivering learning programs, measuring training effectiveness (KPIs and behavioral impact), acting as a business partner to commercial teams, managing stakeholder engagement, planning and facilitating trainings/workshops/engagement sessions, and leading L&D projects across the commercial organization. Requires experience in learning development, training delivery, people management, stakeholder management, and workshop/event facilitation; FMCG exposure is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in learning development
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferable
- Proven experience in training delivery and business facilitation
- Experience in business partnering; FMCG background is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience organizing workshops and events
- Project management experience
