Job Summary
Lead end-to-end procurement processes, develop global procurement strategies, and define strategic value drivers with key category suppliers for films, foils, plastic bottles, and caps. Build a comprehensive annual strategic plan, integrate sustainability and ESG measures, and drive innovation through Supplier Management & Innovation initiatives. Monitor contracts, develop mitigation strategies to manage procurement risk, and lead negotiations using strong analytical insight. Direct cross-functional teams at manufacturing sites to execute process improvements, optimize operations via data analytics, and deliver strategic projects from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance while fostering collaborative partnerships that challenge the status quo and achieve cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business or operations function
- Previous experience partnering with major suppliers, and reporting to senior leaders
- Comprehensive experience in category management, including market analysis, cost and financial assessment, ensuring strategic and informed procurement decisions
- Fluency in negotiation and bidding
- Adept in overseeing complex projects with a focus on effective change management
