Job Summary
Portfolio ownership of a defined Tim Hortons US product portfolio end-to-end, including performance, pipeline health, and innovation roadmap; track category sales trends, product mix, and margin; identify opportunities from consumer behavior and competitive activity; support the full stage-gate process from concept through test, launch, and post-test; build clear innovation briefs grounded in consumer insight; collaborate with Sr. Manager to sequence innovations for calendar placement; monitor competitive activity using Circana and internal data; bring insights to Sr. Manager; collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Media to move innovations from development to launch; prepare briefing materials and executive-ready presentations for portfolio projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of work experience in QSR, fast-casual, food & beverage, or related field.
- Experience working with sales data and consumer research to generate category insights and actionable recommendations.
