Job Summary
Finance Manager for FP&A in Confectionery Growth Platforms, leading end-to-end finance planning, performance management, and reporting across a regional/local scope. You will support strategic planning, forecasts, financial modeling, and decision support, own data collection and data integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, MSC) to drive category growth and validate business cases. The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and developing finance talent within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- Strong background in product innovation, portfolio management, or commercial strategy is highly desirable
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- High level of commercial acumen, analytical strength, and strategic mindset
