Job Summary
Manage and oversee a cash posting team within a Hospital/Medical Group revenue cycle environment, ensuring accurate receipt, posting, and reconciliation of cash payments; lead process improvements, drive KPIs for customer service and financial performance, supervise Cash Posting Supervisors and staff, coordinate with Directors, and maintain compliance and data integrity across the PBS location. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in revenue cycle/cash posting with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with standard Office tools; role supports remote work from the Farmington Hills, MI area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in revenue management, specifically cash posting/cash application or related revenue cycle management functions
- Supervisory/management experience with team leadership and performance management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data analysis
- Ability to interpret third-party payer contract requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
