Manager - Carriage Fulfilment

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of Fixed Voice, Data & IP projects and manage a portfolio of Carriage initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and early revenue realisation. Drive risk mitigation, build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, PMO, Network Provisioning and Delivery, and lead continuous improvement to optimise provisioning processes and reduce cost-to-serve. Develop and guide a high-performing team with clear governance and accountability, delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Requires a tertiary qualification in project/program management or extensive experience, with budgets exceeding $5M and proficiency in methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and Prosci/ADKAR. Flexible working arrangements include three days in the office and two days remote. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic delivery, and driving efficiency within Optus’ Carriage Fulfilment function.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in project/program management or extensive experience managing large-scale operations and complex project portfolios
