Job Summary
Manager Cargo Analytics responsible for delivering data-driven insights to enable strategic and operational decision-making. Oversees analytics projects end-to-end, partners with business leaders, and manages a team of analysts. Works with the Product Owner Cargo Data to productionize data and insights, and is accountable for revenue budgeting and forecasting. As Product Owner of IATA Cargo iQ and related quality standards, defines and prioritizes work related to quality standards, the Delivered-As-Promised (DAP) performance indicator, and customer/service-specific standards; ensures certification is maintained, manages cargo offsets, and drives data integrity and stakeholder engagement to improve operational performance across cargo departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in airline or logistics, with at least 2 of these years in a supervisory/management capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Aviation, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is preferable
- Familiarity with predictive modelling, forecasting, and optimization techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
