Job Summary
Clinical leadership role overseeing the cardiovascular service line in a Cardiology clinic setting. Responsibilities include clinical and operational management of patient care, staff supervision, workflow/process development, and ensuring quality outcomes and customer/employee satisfaction. Requires a BSN, Montana RN license, BLS, and several years of nursing experience in cardiac/critical care with leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include MSN and ACLS; role focuses on achieving high-quality patient care, clinical outcomes, and professional development within Providence Medical Group Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Montana Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.)
- 1 year Previous experience in a leadership role
- 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice
