Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager of the IHI Cardiac Service Line responsible for the clinical and operational management of the patient care area to promote high-quality care and service. Leads staff supervision, workflow/process optimization, and policy development for the IHI General Cardiology Clinic(s); accountable for clinical matters, outcomes, and staff/customer satisfaction. Requires RN licensure in Montana, BSN, and basic Cardiovascular care leadership experience; preferred ACLS and advanced nursing credentials. Accountable for achieving quality outcomes, driving bedside practice improvements, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to support Providence’s patient-focused care culture. Location includes Missoula and Frenchtown, MT with on-site responsibilities; leadership track in Providence Clinical Network with opportunities across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Montana Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit
- 1 year Previous experience in a leadership role
- 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice
