Manager Cardiology

Oversees cardiology and cardiac diagnostics operations within Centralus Operations; provides leadership and direction to staff, serving as a resource to staff and as an extension of the leadership team. Drives strategic planning, KPIs, and program development to establish best practice processes across inpatient and outpatient settings. Partners with the physician leader on recruitment, budgets, staffing models, clinical processes, quality and performance improvement goals. Manages credentialing/CME records, HR activities, staff evaluations, onboarding, and payroll data; ensures policies, medicolegal compliance, confidentiality, and effective communication of operational changes. Responsible for monitoring and improving patient/family/staff satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating cost-effective operations. Requires ability to communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC preferred. BA preferred or equivalent education and experience; minimum 3-5 years of experience in a health care setting preferred; EPIC proficiency and Medical Practice Executive certification preferred.
