Manager, Card Business Development & Operations

Job Summary
Define and execute card business strategy, supporting the launch and expansion of virtual cards, physical cards and wallet products across multiple markets. Lead end-to-end card program launches, working closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Engineering and external partners to ensure successful delivery. Manage relationships with issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, card manufacturers and wallet partners to support business growth and operational excellence. Coordinate digital wallet integrations including Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regional wallet solutions. Manage physical card operations including vendor onboarding, card production, fulfillment and logistics. Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures with partners and vendors to achieve competitive commercial terms. Develop scalable SOPs and operational processes to improve launch efficiency and user experience. Monitor business and operational performance, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements through data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech industries.
- Proven experience launching or operating card programs, including virtual cards and/or physical cards.
- Experience participating in or leading 0-to-1 card program launches, including cross-functional coordination and partner management.
