Manager Card Business Analytics

Manager, Card Business Analytics drives profitable growth and optimizes credit performance for Merrick Bank’s card portfolio. The role leads design and optimization of integrated credit strategies (credit line management, acquisitions, product frameworks) and advances valuation methodologies, modeling, and analytics. Responsibilities include conducting valuation exercises for programs (e.g., credit line increases, new account acquisitions), monitoring models, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, maintaining testing roadmaps, and communicating insights to senior leadership. The position partners with Modeling, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure strategic alignment, and requires strong quantitative expertise and proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel/VBA, with experience using PowerBI or Tableau. The candidate should be able to translate insights into high-impact business decisions, support performance monitoring, and contribute to a data-driven culture within a fast-paced financial services environment.
