Job Summary
Site Manager role overseeing daily car wash operations at a high-volume facility. Responsibilities include leading and supervising staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management; ensuring equipment, facility, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational; optimizing workflow and vehicle throughput; delivering exceptional customer service; executing sales initiatives and membership growth; monitoring inventory and coordinating ordering of chemicals and supplies; enforcing safety and regulatory standards; reviewing KPIs and financial metrics to improve site performance; resolving employee and customer conflicts; and partnering with senior leadership on site-specific goals and initiatives. Preferred candidates have leadership experience in supervisory/management roles within car wash, automotive, retail, or service industries and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Open availability based on operational needs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures
