Job Summary
Lead the One Gladstone self-perform delivery organisation and safely deliver a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across Gladstone operating sites. Drive execution excellence across project management, construction, and commissioning activities while building and developing a high-performing project delivery team. Establish standardised systems, work processes, and reporting across operations, managing delivery performance against safety, cost, schedule, and quality metrics. Strengthen partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and external service providers to support long-term capital planning and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
- Significant experience leading major capital or sustaining capital project portfolios
- Proven success managing construction and project delivery organisations
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams within heavy industry environments
- Strong commercial, contract and stakeholder management capability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mining, alumina refining, smelting, processing or heavy industrial environments
- Experience delivering self-perform construction programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP), AIPM or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of project delivery and capital governance frameworks
