Job Summary
Plan and oversee large-scale global campaigns for India, collaborating with communication, finance, and resource mobilization teams to manage day-to-day operations and budget. Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, governments, NGOs, and UN agencies while ensuring legal compliance for child and youth engagement. Lead the team by setting performance objectives, conducting reviews, and holding members accountable for campaign execution and results monitoring. Analyze stakeholder feedback to inform future strategy and facilitate information sharing across internal and external stakeholders. Requires extensive travel and a Master's degree in Social Studies or Public Administration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- 5 years of professional experience in campaign program and partnership management
- Excellent drafting skills in English and Hindi (or other Indian languages)
- Planning and organizing strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement campaign strategies
- Communication: Create compelling messages and engage diverse audiences
- Data Analysis: Interpret data to inform campaign decisions
- Time Management: Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Budgeting: Manage campaign finances and resources
