Job Summary
Manager – Business Transformation responsible for leading design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions with Power BI. Drive complex dashboards, data models (semantic modeling, Power Query M, DAX), ETL and data integration, SSRS reporting, Excel VBA automation, data governance, and BI lifecycle management. Provide leadership and mentorship to BI team, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely delivery across Gurugram/Bengaluru offices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required - 8+ Years
- Lead the design and development of complex Power BI dashboards and reports
- Architect data models including semantic modeling and transformations using Power Query (M) and DAX
- Manage end-to-end BI lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive performance optimization of dashboards and data models
- Oversee ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
- Manage reporting solutions using SSRS and integration with BI systems
- Develop and maintain Excel-based automation with Macros/VBA
- Ensure data accuracy, governance and best practices in BI development
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery
