Job Summary

Lead a team of Business Analysts to translate business priorities into technology-enabled solutions, overseeing planning, resource allocation, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, deployment, and user adoption. Identify opportunities for increasing revenue, decreasing costs, and improving operational effectiveness while managing capacity and performance to balance speed, quality, and business value. Communicate project objectives, roadmaps, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership, driving informed decision-making through data visualizations. Perform process analysis to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with Logix's business strategy. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to evolve department capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
  • 6 years of experience leading project teams, managing staff, or directing cross-functional initiatives
  • proven success in system integration and implementation efforts
  • Experience integrating and implementing systems
  • demonstrated thorough knowledge of deposit, consumer and residential lending products
  • regulatory requirements, laws and practices
  • Advanced knowledge using Excel or other related reporting tools
  • data modeling and analysis
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills

  • Familiarity with project management and process improvement frameworks such as waterfall, agile, scrum, six sigma, and lean
