Manager (Business Tax)

Manage a portfolio of business tax clients including SMEs and larger corporates by undertaking corporate tax advisory, ad-hoc VAT and employer solutions, and overseeing recurring compliance requirements. Liaise with Partners to demonstrate strong management skills, including appraisals, monitoring staff performance, and providing one-to-one on-the-job training for junior staff. Ensure S&W procedures align with institute and revenue commissioners' guidance while meeting department KPIs around billing and recovery targets. Actively seek out and work on special assignments and advisory projects as needed.
