Job Summary
Lead a team of Business & Systems Analysts supporting Canadian Delivery by coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing practitioners while managing performance and succession planning. Partner with Journey, Platform, and Value Stream leaders to align chapter capacity with strategic priorities through demand planning, workforce insights, and talent readiness metrics. Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to advance practice transformation and strengthen delivery outcomes. Conduct regular career conversations, build capability in data and digital delivery, and foster an inclusive environment where team members thrive. Track practice outcomes to demonstrate value and ensure the chapter effectively supports current and future business demands.
Required Qualifications
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, career development, engagement, and support for team well-being
- Strong stakeholder partnership and delivery leadership skills, with experience aligning team members to business priorities and outcomes
- Experience with workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent allocation, and supporting teams through change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across leadership levels and teams
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) for Quebec only
