Job Summary
Lead the Business Support Unit within the Sales Enablement division to optimise sales processes, systems, and operational frameworks. Responsible for evaluating and maintaining sales tools and technology platforms, providing first-line support, developing and enforcing SOPs, driving business analysis and process improvement, and ensuring broadcast accuracy to prevent revenue leakage. Oversee training and onboarding for Sales teams, monitor KPIs/dashboards, and collaborate with system vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system enhancements align with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- NQF6 Degree/Diploma in Media, Operations, Business Management, Information Technology or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, business support, systems management, or media sales enablement
- 5 years’ experience managing teams and driving systems/process improvements
- Solid understanding of sales workflows, advertising operations, CRM platforms, and revenue assurance
- Experience in SOP development, business analysis, and system implementation
- Skills: strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder engagement, project management, and governance capabilities
