Job Summary
Partner with revenue-generating departments including Ticketing, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Broadcast to evaluate business performance, uncover trends, and optimize revenue and fan engagement. Lead strategic projects such as sales forecasting, pricing analyses, and business case development while building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning. Develop customer segmentation strategies and design real-time dashboards to guide operational and commercial decisions across the organization. Translate complex data insights into structured executive presentations for leadership and external audiences. This role requires fluency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with occasional weekend or evening work. The Nationals are a military-friendly organization actively recruiting veterans and spouses.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, consumer strategy, or a related field, preferably supporting commercial or revenue-focused functions
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large, multi-source datasets
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis and modeling
- Expertise in Tableau or similar data visualization software
- Demonstrated ability to extract key insights from large, unstructured datasets and synthesize them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Ability to plan and execute research projects that frame problems, validate assumptions, and inform recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor key messages to the appropriate audience
- Exceptional organization skills, strong attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships concurrently in a high-pressure environment without direct supervision
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Utmost standards of integrity in all business dealings
- Position will require some weekend and/or evening work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Must successfully clear a background check
- Must have U.S. work authorization

- Bachelors or better in Economics or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery
- Familiarity with Python and/or R
- Experience designing and applying customer segmentation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Knowledge of P&L structures and the levers used to optimize revenues and costs, especially in dynamic consumer markets
- Passion for sports and comfort in fast-paced environments
