Job Summary
Manager, Business Process Excellence role overseeing end-to-end process discovery, analysis, and design to drive process improvement and automation for PMI. Responsibilities include leading workshops with stakeholders, designing to-be processes and BPMN models, supporting RPA/low-code automation initiatives, partnering with IT to translate process designs into solutions, building dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating across functions. Requires 4–7 years in business/process analytics, proficiency with BPMN and modeling tools, experience running workshops, knowledge of RPA/workflow/low-code, BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and strong analytical/communication skills. Hybrid work model referenced; base salary range $104,000–$130,000; bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in BPMN and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, Bizagi)
- Ability to independently run workshops and manage workstreams end to end
- Working knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and low-code platforms
- Experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfort working in agile or hybrid environments
