Job Summary
Lead and manage day-to-day operations for a client-facing team within WPP Media. Translate client scopes into actionable project plans, maintain up-to-date project plans, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and manage resource allocation. Facilitate daily huddles, share status updates with the Operations Director and Client Services, and support client relationships by ensuring deliverables and inputs are on track. Identify potential issues early, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Drive operational effectiveness by implementing improvements, educating team members on end-to-end delivery processes, and tracking adherence to quality standards. Emphasizes collaboration, communication, and a proactive, data-driven approach in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience
- experience within a media agency and/or a management consulting firm preferred
- experience working within Agile project environments (leading sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and Scrum ceremonies)
- strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to deliver complex cross-functional projects
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels of an organization
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lead delivery of work, translate scopes into project plans, and maintain cross-functional coordination
- experience with resource management and capacity planning
- ability to set up and facilitate meetings, document actions, and track SLAs
- proactive and adaptable mindset with a collaborative approach
- experience in client services and cross-functional collaboration
