Manager Business Operations

Manage daily business and personnel activities while providing administrative support to the Director. Scrutinize assigned financial reports to determine operational adjustments for meeting fiscal goals and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, compliant care delivery. Provide operational coordination for inpatient and outpatient functions, including referral management, scheduling, authorization, charge entry, billing practice, denial management, and reimbursement. Develop and monitor the budget, oversee variance analysis, and establish staffing roles and productivity guidelines according to patient needs. Ensure ongoing process improvements for patient safety and workflow while coaching staff through performance management systems.
