Job Summary
Project Manager, Business Operations for NBCUniversal’s Entertainment Group. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closeout), define scope/goals/timelines, manage plans/risks/dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business objectives. Coordinate across NBCUniversal and Telemundo teams; facilitate large cross-functional meetings; troubleshoot resource, workflow, scheduling, and budget concerns. Balance data, media trends, and competitive insights; apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; develop dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, AirTable); create pitches/presentations; operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Require bilingual English/Spanish, PMP certification, 3+ years PM experience, Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office/Project/Visio, and flexible hours in a 24/7 production setting. Preference for Agile experience, LEAN/CAP, and Six Sigma certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV production, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of three years of project management experience
- PMP Certification is a must
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent writing and grammar
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and other related tools
- Strong end-to-end project ownership mindset; ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (preferred)
- LEAN/CAP training and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred)
- Operational experience in large-scale media environments (Broadcast, TV, News, Live Entertainment)
- Ability to clearly communicate risks, considerations, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work in Miami, FL area
- PMP Certification is required
