Manager, Business Operations

Business Operations Manager for NC CAPS departments driving onboarding, revenue and metrics tracking, capacity modelling, and financial forecasting. Leads coordination of contractual and financial execution (proposals, change orders, revenue recognition, capacity utilization, and monthly budget review), oversees cross-group special projects, drives development forecasting and capacity planning, and owns departmental performance reporting through key metrics. Partners with finance and senior leadership to develop annual budget and mid-term plan, collaborate with PMO, Finance, and Business Development to align priorities, and support delivery of programs. Strong program-management, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and ability to translate business needs into budget and performance insights.
