Manager, Business Operations

Manager, Business Operations at Ibotta in Denver, CO (hybrid: 3 days in office, Tue–Thu). Lead and develop the Business Operations team, drive the team’s OKRs and initiatives, partner across functions to improve processes, manage change, and uphold core values. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring the team, performance management, defining role expectations, coaching for progression, driving cross-functional efficiencies, implementing new processes/tools, and supporting sales and account management activities. Requirements include 4–6 years of people management experience preferred, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, proficiency with G Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce a plus, strong communication, detail orientation, project execution with minimal oversight, and the ability to motivate a team. The role is located in Denver, includes relocation support, competitive pay, benefits, and equity; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The posted base compensation range is $65,000–$75,000 with additional variable compensation and equity.
