Job Summary
Manager of Business Operations for the BMT Department providing strategic and operational leadership of healthcare business and financial functions supporting contract pharmacy services. Oversees inpatient and outpatient operations including referral management, scheduling, authorization, charge entry and billing, denial management, and reimbursement; partners with leadership and external stakeholders to optimize patient flow, budget, regulatory compliance, and productive staffing. Drives budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting; leads process improvements to enhance reimbursement, patient care quality, safety, and customer service; mentors and develops staff using performance management, and aligns operational goals with regulatory and payer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of Business operations or experience in a healthcare environment required (i.e. hospital, outpatient clinic, or physician practice)
