Job Summary
Manage budgets and financial resources efficiently to ensure proper cost control and optimal allocation of expenses. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering clear communication, regular updates, and effective issue resolution. Drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize operational disruption. Develop and execute business plans, strategies, and goals aligned with organizational objectives by collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams. Ensure quality and compliance by conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and proactively managing risks to safeguard the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Operations Management)
- 5–7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Operations Manager
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity in business operations and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Relevant industry experience that supports operational excellence
