Job Summary
Manager, Business Management who supervises and mentors the Client Service Team, serves as liaison between staff, clients and Partners, delegates work, and assists Partners on special projects (including real estate transactions, cost analyses, and customized financial reporting). Responsibilities include communicating with Partners, staff, and clients on business management and financial matters; reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and client documentation; assisting in client performance analysis, forecasting, due diligence, and department hiring; attending client financial meetings and CPE; ensuring accurate financial reporting packages and budgets; overseeing accounting and business management functions, and managing relationships with third parties. Requires experience in GAAP, tax concepts, financial statement analysis, real estate/acquisition workflows, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA or EA, and 5+ years in business management preferred; located in Encino, CA with full-time hours and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree: Accounting degree preferred (3.0 GPA or better)
- Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
- 5+ years’ related experience in Business Management field; Music Industry experience preferred
