Job Summary
Collaborate with business and credit teams to drive financial planning, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis linked to AUM and NIM targets. Lead monthly/quarterly closing activities, including reconciliation of loan books and NPA calculations, while ensuring regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines and IND AS. Prepare portfolio trend dashboards, MIS reports, and board decks to support strategic decision-making for lending and asset management operations. Strengthen internal controls and oversee the implementation of NBFC-specific ERP systems to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 5–8 years' experience in business finance, FP&A, or controllership
- specifically in NBFCs or financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of NBFC operations including lending cycles
- Strong understanding of RBI and IFRS/IND AS regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of NPA management
- Proficient in financial analysis
- Proficient in reporting
- Proficient in risk management
- Proficient in stakeholder alignment within the BFSI sector
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced financial modelling skills
