Job Summary
Lead testing oversight and validation for business-critical applications, driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Client-Specific Quality Assurance, and release validation across global teams in New York, Sofia, Cork, and Dublin. Establish and maintain acceptance criteria, testing frameworks, and validation processes for standard and client-specific workflows while championing application quality and automation adoption. Collaborate with Product Development and Client Services to define testing strategies, facilitate business sign-off for releases, and serve as the escalation point for operational and testing matters. Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and data quality, ensuring solutions meet defined business requirements and operational expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a NAV or Middle Office role
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science
- Strong systems, product and process knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, Dependable, Approachable & Committed
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership of tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An interest in testing methodologies, automation, and continuous process improvement is essential
