Job Summary

Partner with CS Sales Teams to drive corporate activation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption for Mastercard Financial Institution clients. Orchestrate execution across issuers and internal teams to accelerate speed-to-first-dollar and convert closed-won opportunities into realized volume. Build playbooks to maximize volume realization and improve long-term stickiness while acting as a strategic partner from pipeline identification to volume realization. Support product adoption through training and internal marketing efforts, and analyze top corporate accounts to identify risks and surface growth opportunities. Share client feedback with Product teams to reduce friction and enhance future onboarding experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years working in a consulting role or at a transaction bank in sales or optimization, corporate onboarding, implementation or customer success
  • Proven ability to support client onboarding, activation, or post-sale implementation processes
  • Experience delivering or supporting training and education programs to drive product adoption and usage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account performance, identify risks, and surface growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams
  • Bring an entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset—operating independently, taking initiative, and executing effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Financial Institution operating models, preferably with card products and particularly [BD2.1] across sales and operations (TxB)
  • Exposure to KPI tracking frameworks and performance measurement (e.g., adoption, activation, retention metrics)
  • Experience partnering with product teams to deliver client feedback and influence roadmap improvements
