Manager, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (LiDAR Distribution)

Job Summary
Establish the distribution network for Hesai LiDAR and Grab Karta hardware across Southeast Asia; identify and secure enterprise clients in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and factory automation; define sales processes and partnership frameworks from initial contact to contract closure; travel across Southeast Asia; fully onsite at Grab's Singapore office; report to Head of Commercial; collaborate with commercial, technical, and operations teams to align hardware specifications with client requirements and manage delivery logistics; develop Go-to-Market strategies, pricing models, and target client profiles; structure and negotiate commercial agreements with distributors, system integrators, and enterprise clients; analyze market data to identify opportunities and set measurable client acquisition targets; build sales processes and decision-making frameworks for the distribution business; English and Mandarin language requirements for communication with regional stakeholders; life and benefits at Grab including flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales for hardware or sensor-based products
- experience closing deals with corporate or institutional clients
- experience designing Go-to-Market strategies for technical products entering new markets
- experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and partnership agreements with enterprise clients
- ability to analyze quantitative market data and financial metrics to forecast revenue pipelines
- experience building operational workflows or sales processes with documentation such as partnership criteria or negotiation frameworks
- fluency in English for drafting proposals and negotiations
- fluency in Mandarin for communicating with Hesai’s teams and partners in the region
