Job Summary

Manage and grow JPMS’s new business in Northern California by opening new salon doors, prospecting and closing opportunities, and supporting local distributor leadership. Train distributors and salon teams on JPMS color products, lead brand trainings, and develop account plans to convert top-tier salons. Independently build and manage a new-business pipeline, identify high-potential competitor salons for color conversion, and collaborate with BSG DSCs and local leadership. Maintain autonomy over scheduling and territory prioritization, drive cross-functional education, and travel 50% to engage with customers and events. Strong focus on converting salons to color brands (The Color XG, The Demi, The Color) and expanding color and retail within existing JPMS salons. Must be able to manage a territory, prospect, qualify, present, and close opportunities while leveraging CRM and field communications.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ Years selling in the Salon Pro Channel with a distributor or manufacturer in a field based sales role
  • Experience in distributor or direct salon pro sales
  • Solid communication skills including phone, email, and in-person presentations
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
