Job Summary
Lead the Global SRB (Sustainability & Responsible Business) marketing and business development efforts for an active global team of lawyers focused on SRB topics, including climate and human rights. Drive market-focused initiatives, influence client pitches with SRB components, manage client relationships, and orchestrate proactive marketing campaigns and content across digital and traditional channels. Oversee website content for the SRB Group, coordinate reports and updates, support directories and awards submissions, and collaborate with global BD, Environmental Sustainability, and Communications teams. The role includes coordinating regular meetings, producing fortnightly updates, and providing administrative support while working closely with senior BD/Marketing leaders in Houston, London, and Hong Kong. Location: London office with four days in the office per week; salary and benefits package to reflect senior BD/marketing professional in a global law firm.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified
- 7-10 years’ BD/Marketing experience in professional services
- CRM experience (InterAction preferred)
- Ability to coordinate across time zones
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
