Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to own end-to-end BD execution across our IBD, broader GI, and hepatology portfolio. This role involves leading the business development process from initial sponsor engagement through contract execution, supporting the Director of Business Development, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or enterprise partnerships
- Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, from scoping and pricing through contract execution
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working effectively across clinical, operations, and legal teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or adjacent therapeutic areas
- Deep understanding of the clinical trials landscape
- Advanced degree in healthcare or business (MBA, MPH, or equivalent)
