Job Summary
Support the development of the Strategic Plan for International Auto Care and drive growth initiatives across seven key markets. Lead initiatives to simplify the Auto Care business model, including portfolio rationalization, route-to-market changes, and efficiency improvements. Assess new growth opportunities such as market entry, exit, and category expansion, and prepare business cases for potential acquisitions. Act as a project manager linking cross-functional teams to drive solutions, working closely with Regulatory, Global Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders. This role influences all international markets and product categories, requiring a self-starter attitude to navigate complexity and mobilize resources in matrix environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a proven track record of driving results
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility internally and externally (without direct authority); confident in working with all levels of the organization
- Comfortable operating independently and navigating unstructured situations
- Strong analytical experience with a passion for solving complex problems
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel
- Strong command of English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%)
- 5+ years of successful track record of working in Product Management, Category Management, Sales, Project Management or Supply Chain Management
