Job Summary
Manager, Business Development role focusing on country expansion for DKSH’s healthcare distribution services, leading end-to-end BD activities, market/competitor analyses, proposal development including pricing and contracts, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and IT, and onboarding new accounts to Operations. Emphasis on identifying and securing 3PL/4PL distribution opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations, and maintaining long-term client relationships across global or cross-country settings. Requires experience in healthcare distribution, strong analytical and commercial skills, and ability to design feasible logistics solutions and effect cross-functional workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years working experience in distribution business development in healthcare is preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ability to interpret cost models, P&L impacts, and deal economics.
- Solid analytical and market research skills; ability to translate insights into actionable proposals and business recommendations.
- Strong client engagement and account management capability; experience leading discussions and building long-term partnerships.
