Job Summary
The Manager, Business Development (Arizona) leads JPMS’s new business growth in a territory by identifying and pursuing new salon opportunities, qualifying and closing new business, and supporting the local BSG team in opening top-tier salons. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from first contact through purchase, training BSG leadership on JPMS color products, partnering with a BSG Distributor Sales Consultant to convert salons to The Color XG®, The Demi, and The Color®, and growing the share of Paul Mitchell Professional Color in top salons. The role emphasizes color-conversion expertise, credible conversations with color directors, salon owners, and DSCs, and collaboration to expand color sales in Arizona.
