Job Summary
Drive market position and achieve business outcomes by managing and leveraging existing accounts while securing new business and clients through individual and collective team sales efforts. Contribute to strategic initiatives by developing visit plans, organizing client meetings, and creating capture strategies, proposals, and pricing with organizational and technical teams. Sell ABS services using local affiliates' structures, forecast sales targets, and track activity to meet objectives. Maintain awareness of the overall service portfolio, identify marketing campaign opportunities, and submit accurate reports to the company's CRM. Provide strategic insight on future business initiatives, market drivers, and competitor activities for inclusion in business planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university
- Self-motivated professional with a track record of sales leadership
- High energy professional with a commitment to succeed in sales and business development
- Facile with computers, both in preparing presentations and communications and in working within ABS QE's operating platforms
- Ability to learn new areas quickly
- Sensitive to multicultural environments
- Excellent communicator both with customers and the sales team
- Focus on the result; strong desire to achieve objectives despite challenges
- Ability to develop a working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, and related instructions, as well as the ABS Employee Safety Policy
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry
- Business experience in the manufacturing and/or technical service industry
- Familiarity with management systems
